Refund & Replacement Policy

At Love On Fire, we ensure that every game is packaged securely and reaches you in pristine condition. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products once the order has been processed and shipped. Please note that minor printing errors or slight color variations are considered normal manufacturing variances and do not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily provide a free replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

• Record a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel (unboxing video).
• Send the replacement request within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Please send the unboxing video along with your order number to support@loveonfire.in. Once our team verifies the damage, we will ship a replacement unit to you at no extra cost.
